TOFU SCRAMBLE
Ingredients
One block of Tofu
1 teaspoon Turmeric
½ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Black salt aka Kala namak (egg flavor)
1 teaspoon "Chicken" stock
½ teaspoon dried Thyme
¼ Cup Water
Cooking yumminess
- Drain tofu
- Crumble tofu into a hot frying pan
- In a bowl add all other ingredients, stir well let it rest until tofu is ready
- Cook tofu until its moist and fluffy, no excess liquid
- Add ingredients in bowl to the tofu, stir in well
- Cook until no excess liquid
- Serve on toast with bacon
