Mac and Cheese


  • 500g macaroni  
  • 2 cups boiled water or stock  
  • 2 cups diced and steamed or roasted - sweet potato/carrot/pumpkin  
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Salt to taste (1 tsp)
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper 
  • 1 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  1. Boil Macaroni as per packet and set aside 
  2. Add all ingredients to blender
  3. Blend till smooth
  4. Pour over cooked macaroni
  5. Mix well and Enjoy!

TIP: I like to blend in fresh herbs and broccoli for extra nutrition

**If the blended mixture is too thick add more water to reach desired consistency
