- 500g macaroni
- 2 cups boiled water or stock
- 2 cups diced and steamed or roasted - sweet potato/carrot/pumpkin
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- Salt to taste (1 tsp)
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- Boil Macaroni as per packet and set aside
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend till smooth
- Pour over cooked macaroni
- Mix well and Enjoy!
TIP: I like to blend in fresh herbs and broccoli for extra nutrition
**If the blended mixture is too thick add more water to reach desired consistency
