Easy Nutritious Jam


1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)

1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)

1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds


1. Place all berries in a pot on low/medium heat

2. Cook for 8-9 minutes, until you see the juice from the berries

3. Mash to desired consistency  

4. Stir in the lemon juice, maple syrup

5. Add in chia seeds, mixing well

6. Pour in a glass jar, refrigerate for 10 mins, Ready Eat!   

(Store in an air-tight container, up to 5 days in the fridge)
