Chickon Stock


Italian herb seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Sage

Mix together well


Chickon stock

  • 3 TBsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 TBsp + 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 TBsp + 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric 
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Ground Coriander
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley 
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning (from above recipe)

Blend Until Powder


Such a great recipe to add delicious flavour and easy to make!! I use in my crunchy Tofu Chickon, in soups, sprinkle on vegies and o much more! Enjoy!
